They are hidden in the four stores and the Cybertown park. When you find all 15 of them, you too will become a Cyberbud and experience the Cyberbud song which is in the secret final screen. The Bud Meter, located under the help button in each screen will tell you how many cyber buds you have found and where you have found them. See you in Cybertown!
